Filter between 2 data in report

Hello,

I am looking to achieve the following scenario in filter under the same report,

The following will be: in the "Filters" i would like to filter the same field twice: first time when inc_performance.intv_type="create to initial response" or second time when inc_performance.intv_type="Create to final resolved". and who ever takes action first  i would like to display his record.

I thought to use "OR Node" for those 2 values but it not making any sense.

Any idea?
