For the abandoned chat , how can ı get contact id with a custom script?

Hi,

We are required to show contact id's instead of email addresses in our chat report. I created an outer join between chats and contact tables and added contacts.c_id to my report. This worked fine for the served chats but I am missing the contact id for the abandoned chats "cancelled by the end user". Our customer write their email addresses in the chat request form. In our site email address equals to login on contacts table and email sharing is disabled. I can see the customer email address in the chats.email with even for the abandoned chat reports. I would
