How to create a Hierarchy based Territory account team report in sales cloud

Summary: When a manager user logs into the VBCS system he should see a report of accounts that he owns along with his subordinates. As of now in VBCS we don't have ID field to get the manager and his subordinates data. In VBCS We have only UserName to query the details of the user accounts.
