"Keyword Search" on Private Notes/Customer Entry/etc.

Hi everyone!

I am attempting to build a report that would allow us to do a "keyword search" within the Message Thread (Private Note, Customer Entry, etc.).

I have added the "threads.note" field to the report, but I am not allowed to add this field as a filter.

Are there other ways of doing this or any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your assistance!
