Update Chat records in a report using custom script
I am trying to update a chat record using custom script (i am using custom script for the first time) in a report. I am not sure whether there is an RightNow Connect available to fetch chat records and update them. I tried with below code snippet (using similar syntax as incident record) and its not updating the chat field.
My requirement is to show the chat records related to a specific queue and if there are any chats w/o Contacts or Incidents, I have to update few fields of the chat record.
Appreciate your guidance on the same.
