Filter report based on Logged in Contact's Organization in Customer Portal

Hi All,

We have a custom object named Contracts which is a child of Organizations. I should now display the details of all the Contracts under the Organization of logged in Contact. 

Problem: The report is showing the data of all Contracts for all Organizations irrespective of the logged in Contact's Organization. We need the data to be filtered by Organization of the Logged in Contact and show only the Contracts of this Organization.

Could you please suggest how a filter can be applied for logged in contact's organization just like the way the incident data is filtered in Account/Overview page under My Incidents based on logged in Contact. But here for the custom object Contracts and not the Incidents.
