I have been attempting to build a report that searches just the first entry in thread (or "Your Entry") for specific keywords. The results are picking up the keyword I'm searching in the customer support rep's responses as well instead of just the customer entries. Does anyone know if it's possible to limit a report's search to just the customer's entry and create a graph showing a count of the results over time? I have tried using threads.seq=1 and threads.entry_type = 'Your Entry' both of these still pull in results from the customer support person.
