Summary:

We need to configure Performance Goal Approval based on area of responsibility, and we have three types of employees, and we would like to apply the following logic:
• If the submitting employee holds an AOR for Section Head, the approval should be routed to their Line Manager.
• If the employee holds an AOR for Director, the approval should follow the hierarchy up to the CEO.
• If the employee not holds an AOR for Director or Section Head, the approval should follow the hierarchy up to the Section Head.
