Manager Rating not Feeding Calculated Rating

Summary:

We were asked to create a new thread, given the previous thread was old. Here's a link to the old thread.

Our comp team is saying the "Manager Rating" field isn't displaying in the overall section, only the calculation rating is, and the tables use the manager rating field/description for comp, not the calculated rating. Is it possible to show both the calculated rating and manager rating in the overall section, without either being editable? Stated a different way… Can the calculated rating feed the manager rating in the overall section?
