Manager to Staff Accounts

Hi RN enthusiasts,

Is there a way where I can create a Manager-Staff Account report? For eg: If I pass an account id or logged in manager opens the report he would be able to view who all under him?

I do know there is OOTB Staff accounts by manager but it displays all of them at once.
