In 25C Journeys are not assigning

Summary:

While regression testing 25C we are finding that our new hires are not receiving their onboarding journey. We are unable to find the user under My Client Groups > Journeys and when we log in as the new hire, they show there are 0 Journeys assigned. We are able to see that the 'Journey Assigned' alert is triggering and showing the correct Journey.

Processed several new hires in our test environment. When we log in as HR, we are unable to locate them under My Client Groups > Journeys > Organization Journeys > Search for new hire (25C, test). Show 'We couldnt find any matches".
