Does STO sends emails after campaign ends?

Hello!

I have a question regarding the STO - send time optimization & campaign completion status.

I observe a case where 3 contacts got the email ABC - it is visible in the "email send analysis" on August 08, 2025 or August 13, 2025. These contacts are not visible as receivers of the email ABC under the CAMPAIGN analysis "Campaign Analysis by Campaign". However it is too late for me to confirm if they entered the campaign -I do not see them in the enter canvas report - it only shows 3 months back.

The email was used in a campaign canvas that COMPLETED on July 01, 2025. I see only 1 person was removed due to the retention policy on July 02.
