Unable to reassign Initiator tasks to other Performers

Summary:

If an HR Specialist is assigning the Initiator tasks to another preboarding coordinator, the tasks move from My Tasks to Other Tasks and "Task reassigned" messages pops up but it doesn't show up under the Preboarding Coordinator's queue. Also, the "Assigned To" field is null, it doesn't show the latest performer's name.

This issue was observed after 25C and the required ingestion jobs were submitted. Also, we have enabled both redwood and Oracle search for journeys before 25B.

I have already logged an Oracle SR but would really appreciate if anyone has any other solution.
