Hide UN Number Description/Hazard Class from UN number LOV

Summary:

We have a business requirement to enhance user clarity by hiding the fields UN Number, Description, and Hazard Class from the user interface. These fields have already been hidden from the smart form view to reduce potential confusion.

To maintain consistency and avoid further ambiguity, we also want these fields be excluded from the List of Values (LOV). Displaying them in the LOV, despite being hidden in the UI, may lead to user misunderstanding and contradict the intended simplification.

We tried hiding these using the VB studio business rules but it seems that is only taking affect for the smart form and the values in the LOV are still getting displayed.
