Should notification be sent to the Line Manager when they are assigning a new goal to employee?
Summary:
We would need some advice please about "Should notification be sent to the line manager when they are assigning a new goal to their employee"? Currently, the notification template doesn't have manager as the default recipient, but only the Person/Employee.
However, the "Manager assigns a goal" config under Talent Notification explains "Worker and manager receive notification when manager assigns a goal with direct reports."
We want to confirm shall we expecting the managers also receive notification after they've created a new goal for their employee?
