REST API Customer Claim created successfully but cannot see it in UI

Summary:

Hi,

I have created a customer claim using REST API. It says claim has been created successfully and can see in response the Claim number. See attached request and response body. However when I go to Claims UI I am not able to see it. Why? I am able to see any other claim that I created manually via UI.

I just created the claim without any association nor Settlement. But still Claim was created and I was expecting to see it in UI
