Ability to make Name component non-editable in edit/convert pending worker page in redwood

Summary:

In RUI we had a option to make Name component non-editable or read only in edit/convert pending worker page. The same is not available in Redwood pages for Pending Worker. Can we get the option to make Name component read only in edit/convert pending worker page ?
