How to Trigger “Request for Information Updated” Event with FF in Candidate Selection Process

We’re working on configuring a phase-level event in the Candidate Selection Process (CSP) in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and we’ve hit a roadblock.

We have set up the event “Request for Information Updated”, and our goal is to trigger a Move action when the Request for Information (RFI) status is updated to ORA_SUBMITTED (i.e., submitted by the candidate).

To control this, we’ve added a precondition Fast Formula to check whether the RFI status equals ORA_SUBMITTED. However, even when the condition is met (RFI is submitted by the candidate), the event does not trigger
