Summary:

To enhance transparency and improve employee experience, a custom BI Publisher (BIP) report detailing salary computation and taxation breakdown for a given check date will be embedded directly within the Redwood Payslip page in Oracle HCM Cloud.

This allows employees to access both:

  • Their standard payslip, and
  • The detailed salary & tax breakdown report
