Maintenance work order not completing in My Maintenance Work

Completion is not working in My Maintenance work tab and work orders operations are not completing

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We assigned the user the roles of Maintenance Manager and Technician with data access. A work order was created with one operation and one resource, with no items. All tabs on the work order show completed. However, when clicking Complete for the operation, there is no system response. The operation and the work order do not move to Completed status. No error message is displayed. We have tried with multiple browsers and cleared cache. Roles appear correctly assigned, but the completion action does not trigger. Is there any setup which we missed? We ran ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" with "fa-alm-work-order-asset" and "MNT_WO_BULK_INGEST".
