Difference in Accounts Shown Between Trial Balance Extract Report and SmartView

We have a doubt regarding the Trial Balance. When we run the Trial Balance Extract Report from the Schedule Processes, the output is missing some accounts. However, when we generate the Trial Balance through SmartView, the system is showing all the accounts correctly.

Could you please help us understand:

• Why SmartView is able to display all the accounts,
• But the Trial Balance Extract Report output does not show the same accounts?
• Is there any configuration or setup difference that causes this variation?

Any guidance on this will be really helpful.
