Redwood Guided Journey in VB Studio

I'm trying to add a Guided Journey to the Performance Document page. But when I fill in the Journey Code and the Task Code, nothing happens.

And in VB Studio, there are a lot of various business rules for this. I've tried them all. The page refreshes, but nothing happens.
