Redwood: Ability to Collapse Talent Profile sections

Summary:

The redwood Skills and qualification content sections get loaded in expanded view by default, where as we would like to customize this to have it collapsed by default.

I could not find a page property in VBS.

Please suggest if we can collapse the content sections using VBS.
