Hi,
Can anyone explain why my postelection edit formula is not working during open enrollment.
Requirement - if an employee is enrolled into HDHP plan then only he can elect HSA Plan

The formula is working fine for life events such as new hire, benefit administrator but during open enrollment even if select hdhp plan and HSA plan it is throwing error.

i have attached the formula and the screenshot of the error.
