Send and Receive Customer Acceptance of the Delivery Date

Hi

We are looking to Send a reminder to Customer about the order that needs a delivery date confirmation. e.g Before Scheduling the Work to Production, there is a manual process to confirm the delivery date. We are looking to automate this by sending a communication from CX Sales where Sales order is linked to. In the comms, we are looking to provide an option to confirm the date. Post accepting/confirmation of date, we would like bring the response to Orders.

Can this be done with a help OCS( Digital Cust Service) or any assistant that schedule a Confimation comms to Customer and bring the response to Orders by updating the dates.
