Personalization Helper tool is showing certificate error.-25C

Hi Oracle Redwood Experts,

I am trying to export the migrate and Report file from the Helper tool, but when I am clicking on Submit button I am getting not valid certification error.
I have followed the steps of Importing certificate from Chrome Browser using the attached document and have also re installed the Helper tool but it is still giving the same error.

Can any Oracle expert help in this ?
