Import Work Relationship files from 25C helper tool

Summary:

Hi,

Running the helper tool for all 3 work relationship flows with the VBS workspace and report and migrate mode selected, I have an output which contains rule to be migrated. When I import the files into VBS, the rules are not importing.

This is concerning as the Hire/Work relationship pages are where we have the most rules to migrate, doing this work manually will take us a lot of time and we are due to implement the pages in October.

Any advice would be appreciated.
