Getting an error when viewing Line Item as Approver

in Self Service Procurement

When opening a PR to approve..

we click on the link to open the PR..

on the same window, we scroll down to Line items and go to Actions button and click on "View Line Details"

here we get this error..

anyone else experience this problem?

we have tried adding the role Advance Procurement Requester to the approver account with its corresponding data access, still get the same error.

we also tried to define this approver as procurement agent/buyer with access to other PRs/POs etc. still same error.

client is aware that viewing line details is also possible when they click on the PDF file from the pop-up window but does not want to use this and instead be able to see them from UI.
