Issue Faced: Designate Dependent coming for Colleague Only option. I have corrected the config. at Option Level with "No Designees" which was missing earlier.

Ask: How do I close this pending action item (Designate Dependent: Colleague Only option) for 1600 people who are impacted for ABC Program > XX Plan > Colleague Only option? Without it impacting anything else, since we're working in PROD.
