Skills and Qualification is showing blank page

Under ME>Career & Performance > Skills & Qualifications, it shows blank page . Nothing is showing in Talent profile. We have enabled Person Profile section access for each of the content section in person profile and also Talent profile is added as subscriber for each of the talent profile sections but still its not showing.

Kindly suggest.
