Hi,

we have a business requirement.
Basically we need to set up a specific feedback questionnaire and relate it to a journey for the Matrix Manager. The main thing is the possibility to delegate the responses to this questionnaires to an HR or if it is possible to proxy as this user (the Matrix) in Oracle HCM.
Do you know if there is one of the two possibilities?
