Access Schedule in OFSC Activity Hint Shows the time as zero

Summary:

Access Schedule data on activity hint page does not show the times, everything shows zero though actual there is time for each day in the accessSchedule field. For the attached issue the data obtained from postman for accessSchedule has this value.
