Approval condition based on worker role in performance document

Summary:

Hi All,

We are trying to configure approver based on worker's role for the performance document.

Ask is to have a different approval workflow for certain employees where employee is having a specific role or AOR and approval should go to a different user.

Eg:- Worker - "Department Head" (Role or AOR) evaluates the doc → Doc goes to their L1 manager for evaluation → Perf Doc goes for approval to AOR(represenative of Dept Head) (eg. CEO)

Is this feasible? I tried BPM and transaction console but did not get any expression for worker's role/AOR.
