How can user able to view item number on My Requisition search page along with the item description?

Summary:

How to see the Item Number in the Search results, currently user only able to see the “Description” of the item is getting displayed. In case user wants to check the Item numbers of multiple requisitions they would have to drill down on every requisition to see the Item number.

So basically, when we go to "My Requisitions" and scroll down on the list of requisitions created we only see requisition with item description but there is no item number is displayed.

Hence, there a is requirement of having the Item number to be populated at the ‘My Requisition’ search page alongside description.
