Succession plan access in Talent Review Meetings (TRM)
Summary:
Hi, Our requirement is as follows:
If an employee is part of a review population, and if s/he is a candidate in any succession plan or talent pool (irrespective if that particular succession plan or talent pool is included in the TRM or not), then this succession plan must be available to be viewed against this employee in the TRM. Is this possible ?
At the moment, the way i see it, this is possible only with succession plans or talent pools that are added to the TRM. Please advise.
