Open URL in new window does not seem to work correctly in Redwood

No matter which way this on/off slider is positioned, clicking "Go to Website" results in the current page being taken.

We are trying to have the user remain within the journey, but this slider not working correctly results in users having to click the back button to return to the journey.

Previously, in the Classic UI, we were using Manual Task, because it had this feature embedded in the URL linking:

But this is no longer available in the Redwood UI, so we switched to the External URL task type, but as I mentioned, this slider is not working properly.
