HCM Custom Extract Issue

Summary:

Having an issue with a custom extract that is not capturing previous hours correctly

Time entry A - has 6 hours.

Time entry A is submitted and approved

Data Extract is run, and time entry A is marked as transferred

Previous hours are 0 - this is correct since it's a new entry

A comment is now made to time entry A (no time changes are made)

Time entry A is submitted and approved

Data Extract is run, and time entry A is marked as transferred

Previous hours are 0 - this is in-correct since it's not a new entry.  time entry version is now 2 - previous hours need to be 6 since it is not a new entry.
