Loan recovery element creation based on Approval date condition in ICP

Summary:

Here is my requirements in Fusion Payroll:

If employee's loan request(ICP) is approved after 15th of the month, then payment element immediately generated, but recurring deduction element should be created next month. How can we achieve the generation of deduction element in next month based on the date condition.

Current solution: , Even though the recovery element is generated in the same month, but in formula we can manage to starts recovery only from next month payroll run onwards, if the recovery entry creation date > 15th of previous month.

Any solution.
