Newly created Smart form appears twice in RSSP Seach

Summary:

Created New smart forms in the catalogue and associated the same in the respective Content Zone.

Now, the user searches the smart form in RSSP search, the search result provides 2 smart forms in the same name.

Also, users are not able to raise the PR using the new smart form.

Have you faced any such issues?
