Business Title LOV Not Populating for Some Managers When Adding Absence for Direct Reports.

Hello All,

We have observed that the Business Title LOV does not display any values when managers attempt to add any type of absence for their direct reports. This issue impacts all direct reports under the affected manager.

Note : Assigning the seeded Line Manager role resolves the issue and allows the Business Title LOV to populate. This suggests a potential privileges or security configuration issue. Oracle has not been able to specify which security settings are required to address this. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
