Redwood- purchase requisitions "create Noncatalog request" missing suggested buyer field

Hi Team,

We are using Redwood UI for Purchase Requisitions.
While creating a Non-Catalog Request, the “Suggested Buyer” field is not available on the requisition form.

In Classic UI, this field is visible and works fine, but in Redwood UI it is missing.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Purchase Requisitions → Create Non-Catalog Request (Redwood UI)
  2. Enter item details
  3. Notice that there is no option for Suggested Buyer
