Talent profile competency approval to go to performance plan manager? Redwood Performance Issue

Talent Profile Competency approval routing to Performance Document Manager

We are synching Talent Profile competencies to the Redwood Performance Document (since there is no longer a way to add them directly into the Redwood Performance Document). Within the Performance document - we have the functionality to transfer employee's performance document to a new manager. However, if the line manager does not change - there does not seem to be a way to route talent profile competencies entered in talent profile to the performance document manager (in the same way that goals go to the performance document manager). We would prefer competencies to live within the performance
