can we update a punchout requisition after is created - We want to add an item number

Summary: we want to be able to add the item number to a puchout requisition after requisition is created.

1. punchout to supplier website
2. Select items/ and punchout
3. System create a Punchout requisition in Oracle (Without the item number)
4. user analyze the item, and identify that it should be an item.
5. Create an item in Product Management.
6. Can a Requester go to the existing punchout requisition and update the line adding the item number?
