How to back up VBCS changes before P2T

We have completed VBCS changes in Redwood for Benefits. However, we are getting our DEV1 POD refreshed P2T is next weekend. Is there any possiblity to have VBCS backup without redoing the same personalizations in VB Studio from the beginning. Please advise.
