How do you back out two open enrollment events

Summary:

I ran the Evaluate Scheduled Event Participation and I thought I ran for each program but it pulled in both so I have one OE event in Detected with an error log that requires manual interventions. It's all employees so no one has an OE life event.

How can I back the manual one out and delete and then get the first one to reopen? Thanks! DD
