Need help with a fast formula to identify applications more than 1 day old.

We are trying to create a fast formula to reject candidates whose prescreening score is negative but we want the rejection to happen 1 day after application submission. I am not able to find "submission date" in the Database Item Name. Did I miss it or is there an alternative to achieve this?
