Redwood - Layout issue - Create Top Level custom object record and child record in same form

Summary:

We have Implemented this pattern in a Top level Custom object related to opportunity but we are facing the below issue.

Our Parent Custom Object record Create Layout is 3 column layout initially when the form is launched.
Once we click on the + sign to add the child custom object record (Settlement Info) which opens the child record create form and then once we click Add to complete the child record creation,
it comes back to this parent record create layout, but this time it is making this form as single column layout.
