Refer a Candidate Option Not Available for Internal-Only Job Postings in Redwood UI

Summary:

We have noticed that in the Redwood UI of Oracle Recruiting, the “Refer a Candidate” option is not visible when a job is posted as Internal Only.
•For jobs posted as External or Both, the “Refer a Candidate” option appears as expected.
•For jobs posted as Internal Only, employees can only see the “Refer Employee” option, but not the “Refer a Candidate” option for external referrals.

Business Impact:
Our organization would like employees to be able to refer external candidates even for jobs posted internally, in order to leverage the employee referral program consistently across all job types.

1.Is this behavior (hiding “Refer a Candidate” for Internal-Only postings) the delivered/expected functionality in Redwood UI?
