The Comment Field on Edit Page is showing with HTML Tags

Summary:

In Opportunity, when we use the SmartAction generate win story, it populates the field comment with AI generated comment. When we save on that Layout it looks fine.


But when we add the comment field on Edit Page it shows the comments with HTML tags.



I tried few templates but still it shows with HTML tags. Is there any way we can get that without HTML tags??
