Context value field in Development Goal page with different employee login

Hi

Issue: Extra/Random context value found in Development Goal page after publish.

Steps performed:

Had hide the extra/random context value field in the Development Goal page via Edit Page in VBS.

Prior to the VBS extension, i try to re-deploy the descriptive flexfields.

It was shown hidden in the Preview mode before publish.

Then publish.

Outcome:

After login with an employee's account, this extra/random 'context value' field is showing up in the Developoment Goal page.

With my own login, this is context value field is not showing.
